Drop-off at Shop:

Please bring your bicycle to our Bike Stop San Juan store location (513 Andalucia Ave, San Juan, PR 00920). We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure efficient and timely service. As such, we strongly recommend arriving early. Our doors will open at 9:00 AM, and our team will be ready to receive your bike and start the assembly process promptly.

Assembly Process:

Once your bike is in our care, our skilled technicians will carefully and professionally assemble all components. We understand the importance of precision in preparing your equipment for the Ironman event, and rest assured, your bike will be in capable hands.

Pick-up Information:

You can pick up your fully assembled bike again in our Bike Stop San Juan store location, when notified of completion. Our team will have it ready for you, ensuring that you have ample time to make any necessary adjustments and familiarize yourself with the setup before the event.
