Shipping

At Bike Stop all orders are ship using USPS.  We currently deliver to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Armed Forces around the world with APO or FPO address.  Unfortunately at this time we don't take any international orders. All products are sent via USPS Priority Mail unless specified on the product.

Tracking The Shipment of Your Order

All orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will send you a shipment confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment. In it, we will provide a summary of your order and a tracking number you can use on the USPS website to track your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Bike Stop all new/unused merchandise for return or exchange must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the item. If the Items were correctly sent, we would process the return subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping expenses (sent or returned) as soon as we receive the merchandise in new condition.
