IMPR Expert Bicycle Assembly/Repack

PRE IRONMAN RACE DAY:

1.      Bike Drop-off at Expo:
Please bring your bicycle to our expo booth as soon as possible. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and our team will be ready to assist you with the assembly process starting at 9 am.

2.      Bicycle Assembly:
Once you drop off your bike, our experienced technicians will promptly assemble it to meet your specific requirements and ensure optimal performance on race day.

3.       Bike Pick-up:
After the assembly is complete, you can pick up your bike from the shop/expo. For us to ensure a swift complete repack, please provide us with the Transition Retrieval Authorization ticket, so one of our technicians can pick up your bike from the transition site and start the repacking process. Additionally, we want to give you ample time to familiarize yourself with the bike and make any necessary adjustments leading up to the event.

POST IRONMAN RACE:

1.      Bike Pick Up at Transition Spot:  
With the provided Transition Retrieval Authorization ticket, one of our technicians will pick up your bike from the transition site and start the repacking process. The personal items attached to the bike will be removed and left in your transitional spot (ex. Garmin, shoes, socks, etc)

2.      Bicycle Packing:
Our team will carefully pack your bike, ensuring it is secure and ready for transportation.

3.      Packed Bike Pick-up at Booth:
When notified of packing completion, you can pick up your securely packed bike at our booth. We kindly request that all bike pick-ups be completed by 6pm to facilitate a smooth closing process. If the bike is not picked up on Sunday by 6pm, it’ll be available for pick up at the shop, starting Monday. 

Please remember that our services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure that your bike receives the attention it deserves, we recommend bringing it in as early as possible, with our doors opening at 9 am.
