Terms and conditions:
The client assumes full responsibility for the rented bicycle, including covering any necessary repairs or services required during the rental period. In the event of loss or theft, the client is liable for the replacement or recovery of the bicycle, and it is the client's responsibility to return the bicycle in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
Each rental bike includes platform pedals and a helmet for the rider's safety. However, the client is required to provide their own clipless pedals, if desired. Additionally, we offer rental option for Shimano SPD and SPDR clipless pedals.
Lastly, the client is obligated to adhere to and respect all applicable laws governing the use of bicycles in Puerto Rico. Any violations or legal consequences arising from the client's actions are the exclusive responsibility of the client.
Returns and cancelations:
100% refund available for cancellations made up to 15 days before the rental date.
50% refund available for cancellations made up to 7 days before the rental date.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date.
Bike Loss or Theft: In the unfortunate event of the bike being lost or stolen, the client will be responsible for the bike's replacement value, which is $2,000.00.
