Flat Rate & Free Shipping

Free shipping on most orders within Puerto Rico. Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized, heavy, or specialty items such as bicycle frames, bike racks, trainers, wheelsets, and other products requiring special handling.

No hassle, no complicated calculations, and no handling fees.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO).

International orders are not accepted at this time.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the product's assigned shipping category.

Shipping Categories

Standard Shipping
Applies to most products and accessories in our catalog.

Large Package
Applies to oversized or bulky items that require special packaging or handling, including bike racks, panniers, trunk bags, baskets, tires, repair stands, bike cases, roof racks, trunk racks, rigid forks, groupsets, and rims.

Overweight
Applies to products over 9 lbs or items requiring special transportation, including e-bike batteries, trainers, rollers, hitch racks, suspension forks, and wheelsets.

Bicycle Frames
Applies to road, mountain, and other bicycle frames that require specialized packaging and oversized shipping services.

Pickup Only
Applies to complete bicycles, e-bikes, rentals, bike fitting services, and other designated products that are not available for shipment and must be picked up in-store.

Order Processing & Shipment Tracking

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a summary of your order and a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be new, unused, and returned within 30 days of receipt.

If items were correctly sent, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will include the purchase price minus shipping costs (for delivery and return) once the merchandise is received in new condition.

Items must be returned in original packaging whenever possible.
