What's included in the assembly package?
ENJOY EARLY BIRD PRICES UNTIL JANUARY 1, 2027
Ship your bike to our store in San Juan or bring your bike to the Ironman Expo on March 12–13 to be assembled. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure efficient and timely service. As such, we strongly recommend arriving early. Our doors will open at 9:00 AM, and our team will be ready to receive your bike and start the assembly process promptly.
You’ll be able to pick up your bike at the Bike Stop booth during the Ironman Expo on March 12–13, where our team will help make sure everything is dialed in so you’re comfortable and race-ready for Sunday, March 14th.
IMPR 2027 Sport Bicycle Assembly
Bicycle assembly service only.
Ship to our store or bring bike case to the IMPR Expo to be assembled. Pick up your bike and case at the IMPR Expo location.
Transition ticket: Not required
Price after January 1st: $125.00
IMPR 2027 Elite Bicycle Assembly/Repack
Assembly + post-race repack.
Pick up your repacked bike at our Bike Stop shop after Monday.
Transition ticket: Required so our team can retrieve your bike during the race.
Price after January 1st: $245.00
IMPR 2027 Pro Bicycle Assembly/Rush Repack
Assembly + same-day repack.
Pick up your repacked bike at the expo location on Sunday (race day).
Transition ticket: Required so our team can retrieve your bike during the race.
